Product review - Glacéau vitamin water!
I'm sure many of you have heard of this brand and it's really worth giving them a try! There are always lots of different flavours so you're bound to find one that you like. My personal favourites are the two I have photographed to the left, the 'dragon fruit' flavour and 'xxx-triple berry'.
The great thing about these products is that you can get the right 'pick me up' for you. Whether you're feeling lethargic and could do with some iron or just want your daily antioxidants, there's a bottle to give you a boost in the day.
Like a smoothie, these are a great drink to have between 11am and lunch time to boost your vitamins and minerals and carry you through the day.
As well as this, they're delicious! And low in calories too at about 65 calories for the whole 500ml! They can contain about 15g of sugar, but this is more natural (especially in fruit) than having lots of artificial sweetener anyway! Aside from this, they contain very, very few added ingredients and only natural flavourings, as well as containing 0% fat and salt.
Also, the bottles are sturdy and hold 500ml, so I like to fill them with water and lemon slices and leave in the fridge - this way, at 500ml each, it's easy to keep track of how much water you're drinking and ensure that you get enough!
As a mostly natural vitamin and mineral boost, low in calories and delicious too, I would 100% recommend these to anybody - especially those on the go! So trade in your morning coffee for one of these healthy and delicious morning boosts!
